The wheels located at the end of the mobile ramp offer the user two advantages, such as easy movement and constant contact of the end of the ramp with the container floor. In this way, even the safest loading position is formed by itself from the height differences caused by the air suspension of the trucks.
A control valve is available that allows the ramp to descend (to the Dead position) when the mobile ramp is finished loading. The existing valve ensures that the ramp is positioned safely and conveniently for the vehicle to be loaded.
After the ramps are passed through the phosphate bath and pre-wash during the manufacturing phase, they are painted with two layers of epoxy paint from the desired RAL colors.
At the front of the mobile mobile ramp, it is equipped with 2 rubber rotating wheels, while the wheels stand in the air during loading, the Jack legs carry the load by touching the ground. After the loading process of the mobile ramp is finished, the two legs of the Jack are lifted up, the rubber wheels are lowered to the ground and moved to the place where the ramp will be shipped.
